We accept cancellations and will provide a full store credit refund if an order is cancelled before 4pm Mon to Fri.
We do not offer cash refunds
Refund Procedure (for orders already delivered)
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or service and would like a store credit refund, email info@loomas.com.au within 3 days of the order delivery date. We will assess your claim and determine if we can offer a refund based on the situation. We will get back to you within 48 hours of your complaint.
Refund Method
If your order is eligible for a refund as per the above conditions, we will refund the amount as store credit on our website, under your customer account. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
