Caller IDs for existing customers

Ibrahim and I spent a good deal of time between Christmas and new year discussing and prioristing goals for 2017.

One of the projects we discussed was implementing caller ids for existing customers. So if you're an existing customer and you call our 1300 number, your name, email and purchasing history instantly appears on our phone system before the phone is answered. Imagine how much easier this will make it for you as a calling customer?

This may seem a trivial thing to many other businesses, but as a customer focused company we get really excited about 'above and beyond' customer service, wowing our customers every chance we get.

Not only are we in the cake delivery, macaron, and pastry business, we are also in the convenience and customer service business!
